Origin is a software package of the company OriginLab Corporation for numerical analysis of data and scientific graphics that runs on a computer running the Microsoft Windows operating system. To perform operations, you can either use the graphical user interface tool (dialogs / menus) or call them in programs. Origin includes its own C / C ++ compiler with support and optimization for vector and matrix calculations. Origin supports the creation of two-dimensional, three-dimensional scientific graphics, which is created using ready-made templates that are available for editing by the user. It is also possible to create new custom templates. After creating an image, it can be edited using menus and dialogs that are called up by double-clicking on its elements.
